You
will be responsible for:
- Answer and
redirect phone calls
- Typing –
data entry, labels, letters, etc
- Filing
- Couriers, mail
- Printing,
photocopying
- Provide some
assistance to customer service department
- Order office
supplies Other administrative duties, as assigned
You also will
have strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
problem solving skills; proven writing skills and the
ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities.
Will have excellent
interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
necessary for interacting with staff, clients, external
contacts, and to documenting work.
Exceptional time
management skills.
Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience
Computer Skills:
Advanced knowledge of MS Word- Excel Caseware/Caseview
Proficient in Windows environment Dicta typing Typing
speed of 70 words per minute
