a CGA or CA with excellent communication skills, personality and
common sense we want to hear from you.
Of
course, the trouble with common sense, is that it's not that common!
Our
client is looking for someone who can approach their work logically,
deal with clients effectively and who has the initiative to work
independently in this 'boutique' firm where 90% of their clients
come from a specific niche market. As a result, you will be working
with high-net worth professionals on their corporate year ends
and associated tax issues.
But it doesn't
end there.
What we are
specifically looking for is someone who can see the big picture
for the client and speak with them about their overall financial
position and work with them to develop a strategy for wealth creation
and protection. This will involve some 'sexy' tax planning, estate
planning, dealing with family trusts and more.
You will be
working as a part of a team in an environment where there is simply
no politics or 'BS', and you'll supervise some junior staff, so
people skills will be needed not just in dealing with clients,
but with staff too.
This
firm is growing rapidly and since their client base are all virtually
recession proof. They are looking for someone to grow with the
firm and into the position of Senior Manager.
And
don't worry, the position doesn't start until after tax season,
