An opportunity has arisen to join a leading boutique consulting
company that only works with public accounting firms, us!
We do many things for our clients, such as leading partner retreats,
coaching partners to be more effective, brokering mergers between
accounting firms, consulting on a wide variety of issues, and,
of course, recruiting great people for our clients! And that’s
where you come in.
We are passionate about what we do. If you are too, then we should

The role - Recruitment Consultant
Working with both our VP and our President, you will become an
integral part of our business, finding great candidates and placing
them with our wonderful clients.
This is a key role in our business, and comprehensive training
will be given to the right candidate.
You will benefit from our extensive database, a nationally published
HR column, continuous publicity during the year and the benefit
and support of working with a brand name within the profession.
You will bring a strong working knowledge of the public accounting
scene, having been there yourself, and thus you will be able to
strike up a meaningful and intelligent conversation with clients
and candidates alike, enhancing our reputation in the marketplace.
Your role will be to be a true consultant to our candidates. We’re
not into forcing a round peg into a square hole or trying to push
candidates into a job just to earn a fee.
We take the long-term view with our clients – making a quick
buck now at the cost of a longer relationship just doesn’t
make sense to us, and if you have a long term view then you’ll
do well here.
You have to bring your best game into the office every day!
Previous experience in the recruiting business would be an advantage
but is not essential. What we’re really looking for is someone
who is a fast learner, full of passion and keen to do well.
Your on-target earnings could easily take you into a six-figure
income.
