Our clients pay us well for finding them exactly the right fit, and so we have to be highly selective in which candidates we represent.

We believe that the trust you place in us by sending in your resume should be rewarded by offering confidentiality, trust and respect back to you. Unfortunately not all recruiting firms agree.

By forwarding your resume to us you can rest assured that your resume will be held in total confidentiality and will only be presented to our clients after you have met with one of our professional recruiters for an in-depth interview, and then only after receiving your prior approval to submit your resume in each and every case.

We do not send out resumes 'en-masse' to clients, and we NEVER send your resume to anyone without first discussing each opportunity with you in detail and obtaining your express permission to submit you as an applicant for a position we are working on for a client.

As a 'boutique' firm, we ONLY work in public accounting. It's our niche market. That's where our founder spend his entire career before moving over to consulting to accounting firms, and so we 'stick to the knitting' so to speak.
